If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles that have been lit, burned, or used in any way
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at callme@herbalaurinsing.world or call us at +1 512-766-3133. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable alternative that will protect them during shipping. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our return address, which will be provided when your return is authorized. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s)
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show signs of handling or minor damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
  • Items returned without original packaging may receive a reduced refund
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window but within 60 days may be eligible for store credit only

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different scent, size, or product of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. In your initial contact, please specify the item you would like to receive in exchange.

If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the exchange item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, at your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To report a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement at no additional cost or issuing a full refund, including any shipping charges you may have incurred.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our standard return policy.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. Herbalaurinsing is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about any applicable fees before initiating a return.

Restocking Fees

We may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for items that are returned in less than perfect condition or without original packaging. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift giver's order information. If a gift receipt was included with your order, you may return the item for store credit equal to the purchase price. If no gift receipt was included, please have the gift giver contact us to initiate the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale may have different return conditions. Please check the specific terms at the time of purchase. Generally, sale items can be returned for store credit only, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
